A tool is broken, or gives the wrong result
The most useful report says what you put in, what came out, and what you expected instead. If a file was involved, do not attach it. We would rather not have it, and telling us its size, format and roughly what is in it is usually enough. Your browser and its version help, because several of these tools depend on features that browsers have implemented differently.
A tool you wish existed
Tell us the problem rather than the tool. "I have to send a 400 MB video to a client and email refuses it" is more useful than "you should add a video compressor", because the first one sometimes has a better answer than the second.
Privacy, data protection, and requests under GDPR or PDPA
The tools collect nothing, so in most cases there is no personal data of yours for us to find, correct or delete. If you want to check that, or you believe otherwise, write to the same address and say so plainly. The privacy policy sets out what is and is not stored.

Vulnerability reports go to the same address. Please include enough detail to reproduce the problem. See the security page for how the site is put together.
